We are excited to have 2 workshops for making ceramic tiles.
Wednesday 1st March at 12.30pm to 3.30pm and Wednesday 29th March at 12.30pm to 3.30pm
At The Rise (DBWA Connect hub) The Rise, 28 Eighth Avenue, Maylands.
A teacher will come and help you on how to make ceramic tiles then take it all and fire it in the kiln. Ceramic tiles will be ready as harden then will be placed on the totem poles.
Here are some examples of tiles.
It will be used to celebrate Deafblind Awareness Week in June. During March is when we create and prepare the tiles for June.
Please come to the DBWA Connect Hub on Wednesday 1st and 29th March.
